The residents of Hank Fisher Properties’ premier senior communities do not have to leave the comfort of their home to receive physical therapy and other rehabilitative services. They can maximize their independence, decrease pain and improve their quality of life through a partnership with Capitol Physical Therapy (CPT)  that brings this specialized care on site.

Treatments assist with the following:

• relief of pain and inflammation
• range of motion
• added strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, gait and safety
• correct use of walkers, canes and wheelchairs
• fall prevention

With the assistance of CPT staff, a complimentary needs assessment will be scheduled so residents and therapists can discover the best path toward healing.

CPT accepts Medicare and is able to certify treatment coverage prior to a first visit. It also accepts most private insurance plans (PPOs) and makes flexible cash payment plans available.
