The Neighborhood

River’s Edge is nestled on seven acres of landscaped and gated grounds it shares with its “sister” community, The Chateau at River’s Edge. It is located near Sacramento State University in the desirable Campus Commons neighborhood. Easily accessible from Highway 50, the community is in a neighborhood filled with fine restaurants and shopping. There are also medical facilities and doctors’ offices within blocks.
