The purpose of this letter is to express our gratitude in writing for the wonderful kindness and consider Enes received over more than seven years combined at River’s Edge, the Chateau at River’s Edge and The Garden. Additionally, Mom’s twin, Edith, spent many years with you as well.

Nothing can compare to the compassionate support they both received during their stay. You and your staff have always demonstrated incredible concern for the well being of each resident, and, at the same time, welcomed us into the fold as well. We always appreciated the felt sense of inclusiveness.

As each of our loved ones lapsed into greater and greater memory issues, we always felt completely confident that your staff kept watchful eyes on both Mom and Aunt Edith. They often steered them gently away from any action that might have put them at risk, either physically or emotionally.

We are truly grateful for the quality of care each received and we are both saddened to step away from our connection to you and your staff.
