Carol D.'s testimonial
My husband, K., has been a resident in memory care at the Chateau at Carmichael Park for two weeks tomorrow. I want to express my thanks to all your staff for your kindness to him in his adjustment period. I have tried to help him accommodate to his new life, so I’ve met and observed many staff members as they do about their daily caregiving activities. I want you to know that I have never heard a cross word from any! And, I have seen some of the other residents be very provoking. They always received a soft answer. This is very reassuring to me, in that I feel that should my beloved husband become difficult himself, he too will receive kindness in return.
K. was a magnificent human being in his prime. He was a surgeon whose patients loved him and still love him. If now he looks cross or unsmiling, please understand it is just the disease, not the real man.
I just thought you might share this with your staff and express to them my gratitude for their patience and loving care of the people who depend upon them.
